Lemon Poppy Seed Crisps - cooking recipe

1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1 pkg. Martha White lemon poppy seed mix
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine butter, sugar and milk in mixing bowl.
Stir in muffin mix until well blended.
Drop round teaspoonfuls on greased baking sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes until lightly brown.
Makes approximately 20 (2 1/2-inch) cookies.
