Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shortening
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    milk
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour and salt in a large bowl.
    Put egg in one-cup measuring cup and beat.
    Add vinegar and finish filling cup with milk.
    Add to flour; mix.
    Roll to desired thickness. Yields 2 to 3 pie crusts.
