Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All
    1 can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. mayo
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 onion, chopped finely
    1 can onion rings
Preparation
    Drain Veg-All and pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Mix soup, mayo, onions and cheese and layer on top of veggies.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until bubbly, about 25 minutes.
    Top with onion rings and bake 5 to 10 more minutes (until onion rings brown slightly).
