Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Cook broccoli until tender (drain).
    Melt oleo in pan and saute onion and celery until it looks clear.
    Add soup, milk and cheese. Cook on low heat for a smooth sauce.
    Mix well with 3 cups of cooked rice.
    Spread in oblong dish (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
