Fluffy Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 c. water
    1 beaten egg white
    6 big marshmallows
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Boil for 1 minute the sugar, cream of tartar and water.
    Beat egg white.
    Add cooked mixture and marshmallows.
    Beat until it forms peaks.
    Add vanilla.
    Frosts 1 (9 x 13-inch) cake or 30 cupcakes.
