Deviled Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. scallops, halved
    1/4 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. mustard
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. fresh bread crumbs with 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Boil scallops in water 3 minutes; drain. In saucepan, combine butter, flour, mustard, salt and pepper. Slowly stir in milk; cook over low heat just until thickened.
    Add scallops.
    Turn into 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Top with combined crumbs and butter.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serves 5 or 6.
