Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese
2 c. cooked, sliced potatoes
Preparation

Boil potatoes.
Melt margarine in another pan. Blend in flour and salt. Gradually add milk and cheese. Drain potatoes.
Pour in baking dish.
Pour sauce over potatoes.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
