Pigs In A Poke - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 large eggs, beaten
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. milk
1 c. flour

Preparation

Mix all together and let sit for 1 hour.
Heat oven to 475\u00b0. Arrange 1 pound of sausage links in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Brown sausage for 10 minutes in oven.
Pour batter over sausage.
Bake for 10 minutes at 475\u00b0.
Reduce to 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until raised.
