Ingredients

1 can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 pt. heavy or whipping cream
3 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Mix cranberry sauce, walnuts and lemon juice; place on the bottom of a loaf pan.
Beat cream; add confectioners sugar and pineapple.
Spread on top of cranberry mixture.
Freeze.
Slice to serve.
