Glorified Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
3 lb. broiler-fryer, cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. dried thyme
Preparation

Heat oil in skillet, cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned on all sides.
Drain off fat.
Stir in soup, pepper and thyme. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 35 minutes, or until chicken is fork-tender, stirring occasionally.
