Celery Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch celery
    2 medium onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can celery soup
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
Preparation
    Parboil sliced celery, onions (sliced) and salt combined. Drain well.
    Mix soup, cornstarch, mushrooms and water chestnuts. Add to celery mixture.
    Place in a greased 3-quart casserole.
    Top with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
    Serves 8.
