Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 pkg. mushrooms, chopped
    1 can chopped or sliced olives
    1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 c. salsa
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
Preparation
    In nonstick pan, brown onion and saute mushrooms.
    Brown ground beef, adding garlic to taste.
    Add olives, salsa and stewed tomatoes.
    Let cook until you feel flavors are well blended.
    In oblong pan, place one layer of tortillas; top with meat mixture and cheese.
    Keep repeating until pan is full.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Cut into squares and serve with tossed salad.
