Hot Beef Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. smoked, sliced beef, chopped
4 oz. mushrooms
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Saute onion and mushrooms in margarine.
Add milk and cream cheese; stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted.
Add remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Serve hot with French bread slices.
