Shrimp In Lobster Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. shrimp, butterflied and deveined
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. fermented black beans, chopped in quarters
2 slices crystallized ginger, chopped small
2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
2 Tbsp. Chinese cooking wine
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 c. chicken broth
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 to 1/2 ground pork or ground turkey
2 Tbsp. oil (sesame seed preferred)

It's easier if you combine some of the ingredients because you need to cook on medium-high and you will not have time to remember what goes next.
