Baked Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. uncooked rice
1 large can chicken broth
4 skinned chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation

Put uncooked rice in casserole dish.
Pour chicken broth over rice (wet all rice).
Place chicken breasts on top.
Pour can of soup over ingredients.
Sprinkle dry onion soup mix on the mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours (cover during first hour).
