Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 London broil
    2 tsp. unseasoned meat tenderizer
    2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    2 tsp. thyme
    1 bay leaf, crushed
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. marjoram
    1 c. wine vinegar
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. peppercorns
Preparation
    Sprinkle meat on both sides with tenderizer.
    Pierce deeply with fork.
    Mix all other ingredients, except peppercorns; let stand for 2 to 3 hours (or overnight), turning every half hour. When ready to grill, pound in peppercorns.
    Grill 15 minutes on each side.
    Slice diagonally 1/2-inch thick.
