Cajun Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter (not margarine)
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp. dried whole thyme
1/2 tsp. dried whole rosemary
1/8 tsp. dried whole oregano
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. shrimp or scallops, shelled
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. beer
Preparation
-
Cook first 11 ingredients 1 minute.
Add shrimp or scallops and cook 2 minutes.
Add next 2 ingredients and cook 2 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Stir in beer and cook 1 minute.
Serve over rice.
