Sweet 'N Sour Tuna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits and juice
1/2 c. coarsely chopped green pepper
1/2 c. coarsely chopped pimento
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 drops hot pepper sauce
3 Tbsp. corn starch
1 (12 1/2 oz.) can tuna or 2 6 oz. cans
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in saucepan except corn starch and tuna. Bring to a boil.
Stir in cornstarch made into a past with cold water.
Boil 1 minute.
Add tuna.
Heat to serving temperature. Serve over Chinese noodles.
