Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 lb.) chuck roast
    1 c. onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. catsup
    2 c. beef broth
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Place roast in pressure cooker.
    Cook for 2 hours at 15 pounds pressure.
    Remove roast and tear into small pieces.
    Remove all fat.
    Combine all remaining ingredients for sauce.
    Add meat to sauce and simmer 1 hour.
    Yields 12 servings.
