Sweet Potato Praline Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked sweet potatoes
    1 stick butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix and blend first 7 ingredients.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Mix brown sugar, flour and nuts together and spread on top of potato mixture.
    Melt 1/2 stick butter and pour over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
