Cauliflower Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    1 c. thin white sauce
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Break cauliflower in flowerets; cook in small amount of water until tender.
    Put 1/2 of cauliflower in baking dish.
    Slice 2 boiled eggs and part of cheeses.
    Repeat with rest of ingredients. Cover with white sauce and then bread crumbs.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven until brown.
