Lori'S Gourmet Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. coconut, shredded
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated raw carrots
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. drained crushed pineapple
    3 eggs
    1 box powdered sugar
    1 cube butter, softened
    1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. milk (if too stiff otherwise)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, measure flour.
    Make a large hole in the center of the flour and add all ingredients at once and hand mix until thoroughly blended.
    Grease and flour 1 large Bundt cake pan (or angel food cake pan or 2 large loaf pans).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
