Salisbury Steak With Onion Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 can onion soup
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Combine beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper and 1/3 cup soup in a bowl.
    Mix well.
    Shape into 6 oval patties.
    Brown in skillet and drain.
