Pork Chops-White Wine-Orange Juice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chops
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    flour to taste
    wine to taste
    orange juice to taste
Preparation
    Rub chops with salt and pepper.
    Dip in flour.
    Brown in fat at 350\u00b0 edges first, then sides. Add wine, up to about the middle of the chops and cook at 275\u00b0 for about an hour.
    Add a chunk of frozen orange juice to each chop and cook one half hour more.
