Quicky Carbonara - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. bacon
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 c. julienne ham strips
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked and drained
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. ripe olives, sliced
Preparation

Brown bacon.
Remove and cool.
In same pan, brown ham strips in bacon grease, olive oil and butter, adding crushed garlic clove.
Add spaghetti, crumbled bacon, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
Stir well.
Pour eggs over and quickly toss to coat spaghetti.
Turn off heat.
Ad olives, if desired and mix in. Serve immediately.
