Chile Con Queso - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chopped onion
1 lb. grated or cubed Velveeta
4 oz. can green chilies
1 1/2 tsp. margarine
1 lb. can tomatoes
Preparation

Saute the onion in margarine.
Chop the tomatoes and chilies. Reserve the tomato juice from the canned tomatoes to thin if needed.
Simmer the onion, tomato and chilies for 15 minutes.
Add the cheese and cook until melted. Thin with tomato juice if needed.
Serve with nachos or Tostitos.
Can be frozen.
