Bohemian Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. beef stew meat, cut up
    2 c. chopped carrots
    2 c. chopped potatoes
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 to 4 onions, quartered
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (22 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Bake, covered, at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours, stirring occasionally.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
