Nippy Pork Chop Platter - cooking recipe

6 lean pork chops
prepared mustard
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. melted fat
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed chicken rice soup
Preparation

Spread pork chops with thin coating of mustard.
Combine flour, salt and pepper in paper bag.
Shake bag to coat chops with flour.
Brown in melted fat in heavy skillet.
Place chops in baking dish.
Cover with soup.
Bake in oven (350\u00b0) for 40 minutes.
