Potato And Pea Curry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. margarine
4 1/2 oz. pared potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 c. canned Italian tomatoes, crushed
1/4 c. fresh or frozen peas
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
Preparation

In small skillet, heat margarine until bubbly and hot; add potatoes and tomatoes and saute for 5 minutes.
Add peas, curry powder and salt, then stir in water.
Cover and let simmer, stirring occasionally, until potatoes and peas are tender, about 25 minutes (if necessary, add more water to prevent sticking). Makes 2 servings.
