Aunt Thelma'S Hot Dog Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground chuck
    5 medium onions, chopped
    4 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. paprika
    4 c. V-8 juice
    1 (16 oz.) bottle Brooks tangy catsup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook onions until tender and mash.
    Cook ground chuck just until gray.
    Do Not Brown.
    Put all ingredients in a crock-pot and cook until thick or can cook in larger cooker, stirring constantly, until thick.
    Cool and put into containers in freezer and use as needed. Can use 1/2 butter bowls.
    This will make 3 to 4 hot dogs.
