Low-Cal Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 egg whites
    1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 c. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1/3 c. canned mushrooms, drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Beat together eggs and egg whites. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spray an 8-inch pie plate with nonstick spray and pour in mixture.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
