Fruit Duff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. fresh or canned apples, peaches or plums
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. vanilla nonfat yogurt
    1/2 c. nonfat sour cream
    1 egg
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Combine fruit choice, sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg in medium bowl; mix well.
    Pour into deep dish pie pan.
    Mix remaining ingredients; pour over mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cream mixture is firm and fruit is soft, 20 to 30 minutes.
