Kraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. kraut, drained
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped pimento
    1 c. apple cider
    1 c. salad oil
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix vegetables and oil.
    Boil vinegar and sugar to rolling boil 1 minute.
    Pour over vegetables and marinate overnight.
