Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large yams
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Cook yams in skin until tender, then drain, peel and mash. Gradually add sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and milk while beating. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
