Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 stick butter
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until light brown.
