Molded Cantaloupe Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange flavor gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 3/4 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 large ripe cantaloupe
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. grated orange rind
1 (2 oz.) pkg. dry whipped topping mix
milk
Preparation

Step 1:
Dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in 3/4 cup orange juice and ginger; cool.
Chill until as thick as unbeaten egg white.
