Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
1 c. nuts
3 to 5 apples, thinly sliced

Preparation

Mix together flour, sugar and cinnamon.
Add oil, eggs and vanilla.
Stir in nuts and apples.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
