Peaches 'N Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. softened butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 (20 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained (save 3 Tbsp. peach liquid)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Combine the first seven ingredients and beat together 2 minutes.
Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate.
Arrange peaches over batter in pie plate.
