Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. hen or fryer
    1/2 c. salad oil
    3 chopped onions
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. Velveeta
    1 c. tomatoes
    1 can mushrooms
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. spaghetti
Preparation
    Boil chicken; debone and cut up.
    In a skillet, slowly cook onions, pepper and celery in salad oil.
    In a large heavy pot, place tomatoes, mushrooms and broth.
    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and bring to a boil.
    Melt Velveeta cheese in liquid.
    Cook spaghetti in chicken broth from boiling chicken.
    Combine with ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes until heated through.
