Melba'S Steak In Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. round steak
    2 Tbsp. oil or shortening
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. instant minced onion or 1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat on both sides in hot oil in large fry pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
    Cover simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until tender.
    Serves 4 to 6.
    I like to cut meat into serving size pieces.
