Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 chicken wings
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. fresh ginger
    1/2 tsp. Chinese spices
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except wings.
    Coat chicken with mixture. Fry in hot oil for approximately 6 minutes or until done.
