Pistachio Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 3/4 oz.) Royal pistachio instant pudding
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
3 drops green food coloring (optional)
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. chopped nuts
1 large Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix pudding (in powder form) and pineapple. Add green coloring. Add marshmallows and chopped nuts and mix well. Add Cool Whip and mix well. Chill well before serving. (Can be made the night before serving.) Decorate with candied cherries or marshmallow flowers, if desired.
