Spinach Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 stick margarine, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. onion, minced
10 oz. chopped spinach, cooked and squeezed
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Place in 9-inch square pan, greased. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cut into squares.
May be baked a day ahead and reheated.
Makes 8 servings.
