Meteracal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
2 sticks oleo or butter
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Melt oleo, water and cocoa; bring to a boil.
Pour over dry ingredients, then add eggs, buttermilk and vanilla.
Put in cookie sheet with a lip around it, greased.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 15 to 20 minutes, checking to see when done.
Remove from oven and ice.
