Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, diced
    1 can tomato paste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can green chili peppers
    1 jar El Paso taco sauce
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 pkg. small Doritos or corn chips
    1 pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion and drain. Add tomato paste, mushroom and chicken soup, green peppers, taco sauce and cooked rice and simmer a few minutes. It's ready to serve over chips and cheese on top.
