Rhubarb Fruit Compote - Diet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. rhubarb
    3 1/2 c. strawberries (frozen or fresh)
    8 to 12 pkg. Equal
    1 3/4 c. crushed pineapple, unsweetened
Preparation
    Cook rhubarb slowly in small amount of water until almost done.
    Add strawberries and finish cooking.
    Add pineapple.
    Cool and add Equal.
