Ingredients

1/4 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat together flour, sugar, eggs and milk in bowl.
Add coconut and
vanilla;
pour
into
pie pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 45 minutes or until coconut is golden brown.\tServe warm or cold, plain or with whipped cream.
