Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag tortilla chips
1 lb. cooked, drained and scrambled hamburger
1 can dark red kidney beans (if desired)
1 pt. sour cream
1 jar salsa
fresh shredded lettuce
cubed tomatoes
Preparation

Crush enough of the chips to cover the bottom of a baking pan (1/2 or more of the bag).
Sprinkle the cooked hamburger over the chips.
Spread the beans over the hamburger.
Spread the sour cream over the beans.
Pour the salsa over the sour cream.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Take the dish out of the oven.
Turn the oven off. Sprinkle cheese over the top of the hot mixture and return the dish to the oven until the cheese melts.
Garnish the top of the mixture with fresh shredded lettuce and cubed tomatoes.
