Mock Ravioli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shell or butterfly
2 box chopped spinach
1 bunch parsley
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. cheese
2 lb. hamburger
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tomato paste
1 large and 1 small tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. Italian herbs
Preparation

Prepare macaroni (white).
Prepare spinach.
Drain spinach (green).
Add eggs, cheese and parsley.
Cook hamburger, drain. Add onion, garlic, tomato paste, tomato sauce (red) and Italian herbs.
Cook until onion is done.
Put layer number 1 in bottom of casserole.
Then add layer number 2 and then layer number 3.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until done, about 1 hour.
