Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c butter
    1/2 c Crisco
    1 1/2 c sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c flour
    2 tsp cream of tartar
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 tsp cinnamon and 2 Tbsp sugar, for rolling*
Preparation
    Mix butter, shortening, sugar, and eggs thoroughly. Blend flour, cream of tartar, soda, and salt. Stir into butter mixture. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll into mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
